Health & Safety

Health & Safety

We work to current health and safety standards set out by the Forestry Contractors Association. The guidelines are set by AFAG. Risk Assessments and Method Statements are tailored to each specific site.

Tree Preservation Orders & Conservation Areas

If a tree is protected by a Tree Preservation Order commonly referred to as a TPO or within a Conservation Area approval must be sought from the local planning authority to undertake any works. Rennison Tree Specialists Ltd carry out a check before commencing works.

Where trees are located within a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order Rennsion Tree Specialists Ltd can assist with supporting documentation in the form of a tree report to be provided to the local authority.

Where necessary we can arrange for an Arboricultural approved consultant to provide a written tree report to confirm what work needs to be carried out to the trees in question.
